We need to remember to act like a tourist in our home towns. It is so easy to buy either an all-day pass or evening pass on the Water Taxi and enjoy the Intracoastal waterway.  Sometimes, the boats have few people on them. Choose to get off at various locations and have a walk or bite to eat, then ride some more. It’s a fabulous way to get from place to place without having to find a parking place. We got on the Taxi at Shooters in north Fort Lauderdale and rode down to Beach Place, enjoyed time there and returned for dinner. You can travel all the way to Hollywood.
