Danette Thompson knows Florida. As a 7th generation Floridian and Hollywood, FL native, Danette has experienced the rapid growth and changing landscape in South Florida. With her experience and background in both commercial and residential real estate, Danette is a skilled researcher, marketer and negotiator. Her success and reputation has produced a stream of clients from not only South Florida, but from Georgia, Ohio, Maryland, North Carolina, New York, California, Canada, England, France, South Africa, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Trinidad and Tobago.

Danette is a 30-year veteran of the Florida real estate industry. She is an experienced Broker/Agent, Real Property Adminstrator, and Licensed Community Association Manager. Danette was awarded the designation of SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) by the National Realtor Association. Moreover, Danette holds membership in the National Realtor Association, Florida Association of Realtors and Greater Ft. Lauderdale Association of Realtors.
